Delete your account

Deleting your Hearth account is permanent: your account, your entries, and the keys that could ever decrypt them are erased together (crypto-erasure). There is no undo and no recovery.

• In the mobile app: You → Delete my account → type your email to confirm.
• On the web: sign in at app.usehearth.ink → Settings → Delete account.
• Can't sign in? Email hello@usehearth.ink from your account address and we'll complete the deletion for you.

A paid subscription is billed separately — by Dodo Payments (our billing provider) on the web, or by the App Store / Google Play if you bought it there. Deleting your account does not bill you further, but cancel the subscription itself in Settings → Plan or your store settings.
